Hi, my name is Ariel! I am a Florida native with a passion for helping people move freely and achieve their physical performance goals while inspiring enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. I attended the University of Central Florida where I received my Bachelor’s in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences and was a collegiate student-athlete for the UCF Knightmoves Dance Team. I then went on to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Southern College, and I have called Lakeland my home ever since! I am a retired professional dancer who still carries a love for the art, I love being outdoors, spending time with my rescue dog, and creating home-cooked meals with my husband.
