Hi, my name is Ariel! I am a Florida native with a passion for helping people move freely and achieve their physical performance goals while inspiring enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. I attended the University of Central Florida where I received my Bachelor’s in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences and was a collegiate student-athlete for the UCF Knightmoves Dance Team. I then went on to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Southern College, and I have called Lakeland my home ever since! I am a retired professional dancer who still carries a love for the art, I love being outdoors, spending time with my rescue dog, and creating home-cooked meals with my husband. My goal is to build relationships with my patients, empower them, and apply holistic, patient-centered care to all whom I have the opportunity to work with!

Hi my name is Kristen. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Dance, along with a Master of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in Biomechanics. Go Gators! I went to FIU in Miami, FL to complete a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. and moved back to my hometown of Lakeland, FL loving every moment serving those in my favorite town! I am so passionate about pelvic health topics and quickly became certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner.
